MAGNAGRAPH
What
is Magnagraph?
Magnagraph was developed in Germany and was initially used worldwide
to assist cardiovascular surgeons. It is now also used by naturopaths
as a non-invasive, painless and accurate way of gaining a more comprehensive
"internal" picture. It shows the activity of the cardiovascular
system, particularly the pulse wave within the capilliaries, reflecting
areas of imbalance within the body's systems.

How does Magnagraph work?
A resting pulse wave is recorded via a sensor (a pulse oximeter)
placed on your index finger. Approximately 100 photos per second
are taken, which are then relayed, via light electronic photography,
to the Magnagraph. The Magnagraph then collates, interprets and
presents the results in graphic form. You will be able to see your
pulse wave on the monitor and your practitioner will interpret it
for you, showing you areas of imbalance. Measurable progress is
then recorded and demonstrated over the course of several visits.
What is Magnagraph used for?
A trained and skilled practitioner uses Magnagraph to ascertain
where the body is allocating its resources. Improperly allocated
resources reflect certain health states - heart and cardiovascular
systems, allergies, energy levels, infections, liver and gut function,
lymphatic congestion, spleen function, parasites, bacteria, viruses,
the nervous system and erratic blood sugar fluctuations are some
of the areas that can be checked using Magnagraph.
