to accurately measure some of the biological 'markers' of ageing
such as muscle mass, body fat, cellular health and biological age.
Lesley believes that with proper assessment, monitoring and coaching,
the body's metabolism can be shifted favourably, energy levels Improved
, the risk of accelerated ageing can be avoided and that early testing

was born in the Sultanate of Brunei, moving from there at the age
of six to spend some time in India before settling in Western Australia.
After leaving school she was inspired to return to studying and
embarked upon a science degree course at the University of Western
Australia, graduating with majors in pharmacology and physiology,
and a minor in biochemistry.
Unfortunately,
Christabelle's love of sport led to her sustaining a traumatic back
injury resulting in her being unable to continue participation.
Christabelle saw a podiatrist, and was amazed at the response of
her body to this type of therapy. This inspired her to embark upon
a degree in podiatry at Curtin University which she completed in
1991.
Christabelle then entered private practice in well-established clinics
at Mount Lawley and Midvale and since that time has carved a very
successful professional career for herself. She has also been the

With
over 15 years experience as a podiatrist and working closely with
a wide variety of other health professionals, Chris likes to take
a wholistic approach with podiatry as this ultimately leads to a
more successful treatment. Although enjoying treating all aspects
of podiatry, she has special interests in bio mechanics. Chris continues
to update her skills, the latest being several Certificates of Advanced

Ryan
was born in East Fremantle and studied at the Perth Academy of Natural
Therapies graduating with an Advanced Diploma of Traditional Chinese
Medicine (TCM) and accolades including 'Best Clinical Practitioner'.
On
completing his studies he travelled to Hangzhou, China, to further
his learning through internships at the Hangzhou City, and Zhejiang
Provincial Hospitals of TCM. Working under some of the most well
respected practitioners in southern China - including private tutorials
with world-renowned TCM expert Professor Wu Bo Ping - Ryan was exposed
to the latest strategies
and techniques that China has to offer in the treatment of most
modern-day diseases.
Ryan
also studied an ancient form of chinese health exercise called Da
Yan Qigong under the nationally-famous and well-respected teacher
Grandmaster Yin. Ryan completed his training and was accepted into
the Wushu Federation of China and officially named the fourth son
of Grandmaster Yin to continue on the Da Yan Qigong lineage, and
intends passing on these teachings so others can experience the
many health benefits of this graceful, ancient art. Ryan believes
that his understanding of Qigong gives him a deeper knowledge of
the subtleties of acupuncture and TCM herbalism.
Ryan's
treatments draw on both traditional and modern chinese medical techniques
including acupuncture, individualized herbal prescriptions, cupping,
moxibustion, electro-stimulation, chinese massage, and diet and
lifestyle advice to assist the body's own healing and defence mechanisms
in removing pathogenic influences and to restore and maintain harmony
and balance. He believes Chinese Medicine is not just a preventative
and curative form of healthcare but a way of life and hopes to give
every patient a clear insight into the benefits of understanding
their body from a TCM perspective.

Wayne
was born in Southampton (U.K.) and attended
the Victoria University of Technology in Melbourne completing a
Bachelor of Science and Masters degree in Osteopathy. He has been
a registered osteopath since 1999 at which time he relocated to
Perth to commence his Osteopathic practice.
Whilst
in Melbourne, Wayne was able to attract a number of grants to assist
in his masters research, which focused on osteopathic manipulative
technique and prostate disease. His work has been published in the
peer review Journal of Osteopathic Medicine.
Wayne
offers a comprehensive approach in the treatment of musculoskeletal
conditions. He has completed additional studies in dry needling
and intramuscular stimulation, methods that involve the precise
placement of fine acupuncture needles into taut bends of shortened
muscle. Wayne believes that prolonged muscle spasm can alter the
normal reaction forces in joints leading to a state of sustained
compression in the joint. Accordingly he uses various deep tissue
massage techniques as well as other osteopathic methods such as
mobilisation stretching and manipulation.
Wayne
has an active interest in dynamic stretching techniques having attended
seminars conducted by Kit Laughlin, the author of "How to Overcome
Neck and Back Pain" . He believes that good muscle function
is a primary defence against pain and recurrent musculoskeletal
problems and, not surprisingly, stresses the importance of exercise
in his comprehensive treatment approach.

Barbara
was born in Fremantle and educated in Fremantle and Perth. Her background
working in the health industry was in teaching Physical Education
in schools, teaching adult fitness classes in her fitness business,
and (with some help from her husband) - farming.
Having studied Remedial Therapies at the Perth Academy of Natural
Therapies, Barbara graduated with a Diploma. She has over many years
also studied numerous other courses and techniques to fully complement
her approach to bodywork treatment. These treatments have been carefully
compiled by Barbara to emphasis myofascial release, myopractic and
Bowen therapy, trigger point therapy and deep tissue work, according
to the patient's personal needs. This 'tool kit' of techniques enables
Barbara to devise individualised treatment programs to help patients
with a wide range of pain conditions. She aims at reducing pain
and tension by releasing muscles in spasm and by addressing tendon
and ligament complaints; the result is improved structure and function.
Barbara
is accredited by ANTA - the Australian Natural Therapies Association,
by WAAMS - Western Australian Association of Masseurs and by AAMT
- Australia Association of Massage Therapies. AAMT is Australia's
newly formed leading massage association, which sets the highest
standards for massage therapists - ensuring recognition by most
health funds.
Barbara's treatments are regarded as providing highly beneficial
support for the many other practitioner programs available at Perth
Natural Medical Clinic. She believes in thinking beyond conventional
terms of mechanical misalignments and aches and pains in muscles
and soft tissues, thus providing valuable assistance for patients
to examine the many factors contributing to their particular condition.

Marotta Joanne studied at the Australian College of Natural Medicine
in Perth where she graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Health Science
(Naturopathy) and an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy.
Joanne
has always had a fascination with holistic healing and natural medicine.
She absolutely loves to help people with their journey towards better
health and wellness. Joanne thrives on seeing people achieve their
goals of wellness on all levels - mind, body and soul.
First
and foremost, Joanne aims to empower people through creating a greater
awareness about themselves and their lifestyle choices that are
having a negative impact on their health. Naturopathy allows her
to address imbalances and create a way of health that is individual
to each and every person.
Joanne
uses wholefoods, herbal medicine, nutritional supplements and lifestyle
advice to support and restore the client. Food used as medicine
is the foundation for good health and longevity with a particular
interest in raw living foods to promote energy, vitality and optimum
health. Flower essences are also used, since she believes that there
is a strong link between emotional and physical wellness; by releasing
emotional blockages, balance and health can be restored.
Using
Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), Joanne addresses chronic
and acute pain. The FSM unit directly targets individual tissues
and cellular disturbances to repair damaged tissue.
Joanne
also uses the FSM unit to perform facials which rejuvenate the skin
and improve muscle tone by stimulating the production of collagen
and elastin.
In
her spare time, Joanne enjoys travelling, reading, yoga, cooking
and spending time with friends and family.
