We are only 3 minutes drive from the city centre and close to freeway exits.

Bus routes 41, 42, 43, 44, 48 & 55 depart from Perth Busport Stand A2.

Clinic Policies

Our goal here at Perth Natural Medical Clinic is to deliver a calm, friendly and professional service providing you with the best possible care. Therefore we have a few clinic policies in place to ensure your time here is a pleasant experience.

Cancellation Policy

Everyone's time is valuable so we will do our utmost to respect yours.

As you will appreciate, we are a busy clinic with patients on an extensive waiting list, so we ask for your consideration in providing at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide at least 48 hours notice will incur a a charge of 50% of your appointment fee if we are unable to reassign your appointment time to another patient. We will send out a text message confirmation 72 hours prior to your appointment giving you plenty of time if you need to contact us.

Consideration will be given for unavoidable circumstances.

As appointments are highly sought after, we do ask you to please arrive on time as we are unable to rearrange following patient appointments and you risk having your appointment time shortened or rescheduled to another day.

Online Booking

In order for our online booking system to run as smoothly as possible we do require a 50% deposit to hold the appointments. Once your online booking is received, one of our front desk staff will contact you to take payment over the phone. If a deposit is not possible, we kindly ask that you phone us to arrange an appointment during business hours.

Fees & Your Account

All fees for are due at the time of service, we do have EFTPOS facilities. ALSO, we are pleased to provide HICAPS facilities for automatic claiming through your private health fund. Please bring along your health fund card.

Mobile Phones

Out of respect for others, we do ask that you please turn off your mobile phone or silence it during your clinic visit.

Postal Orders

For your convenience we do provide an overnight courier service for people who live rurally or simply cannot make it into the clinic. A postage fee does apply & we do offer a discount for orders over $100.
